Then I check the “ about us” where it said that the Hartford has provided a portfolio of insurance products including disability, life and retiree medical to consumers, employers, associations and other groups. As a result, the Hartford should be doing the business of insurance products for the consumers, employers, associations and other groups. But in the homepage, there is a big slogan: “Keep your finances healthy, even when you are not”. I think the Hartford does the business of financial management according to this slogan. I have seen so many company of financial management has such slogan.
What’s more, in the website, I don’t see any introduction about how the Hartford to help people get more benefit with the insurance. There is only introduction like that if you are ill, what you should do.
About the website www.thehartfordatwork.com, it can’t save time, but it wastes the time, because its slogan is not matched with its business. It makes customers misunderstand the business of the Hartford.
