I have never seen a website is so simple like www.indybudget.com, there are only four pages: “my home”, “account summary”, “monthly statement” and “contact”
In the page of “my home”, it contains all the information about Indybudget. The introduction of Indybudegt is only one sentence: Budget, plan, forecast, organize and analyze your personal finances to achieve your goals. Then there are several words about the basic features and pro features of Indybudget, and payment ways.
Account Summary is an independent page. But I am not sure what it is, because I still don’t get the detailed information about the business of Indybudget.
Monthly statement is about is an independent page, It may be the reports of monthly business.
I can get the general meaning that what is IndyBudget , what are they doing, and their features according to the website, But I am not sure how do they work, the function of their account summary and so on. What’s more, the introduction has told me the business of IndyBudget, but I don’t know the background or history of this IndyBudget. I am a little worried about its credit. What’s more, I can’t find any detailed information about the company like contact person, telephone, or address. In the contact, it is the place for the customer to write their own contact information but not the contact information of a company. I am a little afraid that the IndyBudget will give me the exact service. And if there is any problem for example: there are some mistakes or I don’t get my service after payment, I don’t know how I can contact them. As a result, from the website, I don’t dare do any business with them if I am a customer.
The website of www.indybudget.com is simple, but it is not integral. I can’t get the key information in the website. Simple website can make person understand it quickly and clearly. But the website should contain all the information. It is very important. Otherwise the customer maybe worried about the credit of the company. For example, for the www.indybudget.com, more information can be added such as: the detailed introduction of the company (backgrounds and history, contact information), the way of company to serve customers (budget planning is not a real product, it is a kind of service, so the detailed introduction about how to do the budget plan is important), and FAQ (here it can shows answers to some common questions).
After adding more information, I believe that the website www.indybudget.com will be more attractive.
